Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, courier delays). Ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the user.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, original packaging intact) within the specified return window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
