THE "FIT" CHECK

"Are these true to size?"

SQUISH slides are designed to be roomy and relaxed.

  • ✅ True to Size: If you are a standard UK 7, order a UK 7.
  • 👟 Half Sizes: If you are a UK 7.5, size up to a UK 8 for that extra "lounge" feel.
  • 🦶 Wide Feet: Our wide toe box is perfect for you. No squeezing.

"Will they shrink?"

Like all premium EVA footwear, extreme heat is the enemy.

⚠️ Do not leave your SQUISH in direct, scorching sunlight (like a car dashboard) for hours. Treat them like vampires; they prefer shade.

"Can I wear them outside?"

Absolutely. The soles are 4cm thick and anti-slip. They are designed for Colombo streets, cafes, and poolside chilling. Too cool to stay hidden indoors.

THE "RESERVE" & SHIPPING

"Why does the 'Cozy Cub' take 14 days?"

Because we don't do "fast fashion." The Reserve Edition items are hand-finished in small batches. We spend those 14 days molding the EVA, stitching the plush lining, and quality checking every millimeter.

Split Shipping

Q: "I ordered a 'Ready to Ship' item AND a 'Reserve' item. When will they arrive?"

A: We will ship them together once the Reserve item is ready, to save on carbon emissions. If you need the Ready-to-Ship item immediately, please place two separate orders.

Delivery Costs

LKR 350 flat rate anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Yes! We trust you. You can pay the rider in cash when your SQUISH arrives.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

"What if I got the wrong size?"

No stress. We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy.

  • The item must be unworn (only tried on indoors).
  • Must have original tags and packaging.
  • You cover the courier cost back to us, and we handle the rest.

"Do you offer refunds?"

We currently offer Exchanges or Store Credit only. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item has a manufacturing defect (which is super rare because we check everything twice).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The Apple/Piggy (EVA)

Wipe with a damp cloth or scrub gently with soap and water. They dry instantly.

The Cozy Cub (Fur)

Spot clean the fur gently. Do not soak the fur completely if you can avoid it. Air dry only.
